in important areas of constitutional law and civil rights
jurisprudence. During this talk, constitutional scholar Dr. Ray Carman,
Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Political Science,
will provide an overview of the Court’s 2023 term, discuss three <span></span>of
its most consequential cases, highlight a few potential cases the Court
