Létourneau argues that they are mistaken in their assessment of the popular mood in Quebec, and are also off-target in their appraisal of the present situation of the province. This presentation examines how nationalist leaders seem to overlook or marginalize several significant factors that seriously jeopardize their aspirations of seeing Quebecers massively support independence if asked to vote on this issue - which is precisely the aim of Paul St-Pierre-Plamondon, head of the sovereigntist Parti Québécois, if his political party wins the general election of October 2026. </span></span></p><p style="margin:0in"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> </span></span></p><p style="margin:0in"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">NOTE: As a reception will take place immediately after the discussion concludes, your kind RSVP, using the registration link below, by Friday, October 31 to help us confirm catering needs would be appreciated.</span></span></p><p style="margin:0in"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> </span></span></p><p style="margin:0in"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Please register for this presentation via the link below:</span></span></p><p style="margin:0in"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"></span><a href="https://cglink.me/2us/r388094"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">https://cglink.me/2us/r388094</span></span><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"></span></a><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"></span></span></p><p style="margin:0in"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> </span></span></p><p style="margin:0in"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> </span></span></p><p style="margin:0in"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">We thank you for your interest and response.</span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"></span><a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N1XyjP4tp60ivYzDYGJicAM6n9gTY9s2/view?usp=drive_link"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364">https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N1XyjP4tp60ivYzDYGJicAM6n9gTY9s2/view?usp=drive_link</span><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"></span></a><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk210909364"></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> </span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;color:#4472c4"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p></div></body></html>
