observance of National Voter Education Week (Oct. 7-11), the Institute
will host a discussion of current issues in American voting. The process
of voting and elections is increasingly contested, with the
proliferation of voter ID laws and purges of voter rolls in
juxtaposition with increasing use of mail-in ballots and other efforts
to increase voter turnout. In this discussion we'll talk about what is
going on with the 2024 election and efforts to change voting laws to
