This luncheon will be held at the Center for the Study of Canada and Institute on Québec Studies, 133 Court Street.</span></p><p style="margin:0in;background:white"> </p><p style="margin:0in;background:white"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black;background:white">The hearty, homestyle menu will feature traditional Québécois cuisine prepared especially during early springtime when the sap flows, maple trees are tapped, and cabanes à sucre (sugar shacks) are in operation to make maple syrup.
