Trillium Chamber Players will perform a spring 2024 concert on Sunday, February
4 at 3:00 p.m. in the Krinovitz Recital Hall, in Hawkins Hall.</span></span><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"></span></p>

Arnold, Valerie Coleman, Claude Bolling and others. The performance will also
feature regional guest musicians Michael Lewandowski and Matt Dunne on drums
and bass, and guest narrator Lewis Sheridan Hughes. Hughes, a descendant of the
great American poet and social activist, Langston Hughes, will narrate portions
of Coleman’s “Portraits for Langston,” </span></span><span style="font-variant-numeric:normal;font-variant-east-asian:normal;font-variant-alternates:normal"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black">a tour-de
force piece </span><span style="font-variant-numeric:normal;font-variant-east-asian:normal;font-variant-alternates:normal">based on the poems of Langston Hughes and his
