employees to allow for any rate changes above $14.20/hr.</span></p>

can be paid to <span class="gmail-il">student</span> employees <u>without</u>
additional approval will be $15.00/hr.  The maximum hourly rate that can
be paid to <span class="gmail-il">student</span> employees <u>with</u> Human Resource
Services approval is $16.00/hr.</span></p>
