<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black">IDAP</span></span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black"> is
available to full and part time members of UUP (Professional Services
Negotiation Unit 8). Part time faculty are highly encouraged to
apply. </span></p>
<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black">Program guidelines should be

<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black">Two important highlights from the
guidelines:</span></p>
<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black">No consumable supplies are
allowed—even if an argument can be made in favor of their value as a form of
professional development (no books, no DVDs, etc.). </span></p>
<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black">All activities must occur or have
occurred between <b>July 2, 2022 and March 31, 2023</b> to be eligible for this
round of funding. Conferences and workshops may be virtual or in-person, but
must be ‘live’ events.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Employees may be awarded a maximum of
$2000 for the award period. Funding may be awarded for up to two projects or
activities not to exceed $2000 in aggregate for the award period. Please submit
