<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Today, Monday, October 17, 2022, this
email is notification that three online course modules related to diversity,
equity, and inclusion have been assigned to you by the Office of Diversity,
Equity and Inclusion, in cooperation with Faculty Senate and Staff Council to
focus on equity, education, and awareness in our efforts to promote a positive
campus environment. The modules are Mandatory and have been selected from a
series of training courses offered by Vector Solutions/Safe Colleges.<span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The content of these three (3)
course modules has been carefully selected and focuses on (1) the Influence of
Unconscious Bias, (2) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and (3) Diversity,
Equity and Inclusion for Faculty and Staff. After participating in the
training, we hope that you feel more confident in your ability to interact with
other employees and students, and better prepare you to be an active partner to
grow our Plattsburgh NEXT strategic plan as it relates to diversity, equity and
inclusion. To access your training, simply go to the training link in your

grant you access to the training modules. Each training module will provide you
with an estimated amount of time that it will take to complete the training.
Trainings include assessments to aid in learning goals. Certificates are
accessible on the training platform upon completion. You do not have to forward
any certificates to our office but can keep a copy for yourself. When
completing individual sections, please be sure to complete the section fully,
otherwise the content may revert back to the beginning. Virtual technology
assistance can be accessed through Vector Solutions at any time. For more
