 week's colloquy at the Institute for Ethics in Public Life will be a 
continuation of the Constitution Day symposium on Free Speech, to be 
held in the Thomas Moran Seminar Room (Hawkins 233) at noon on Wednesday, Sept. 21. 
This will be an informal discussion that builds on the symposium on Free
 Speech after <i>Citizens United</i>, and expands into other free-speech
