<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">Are you interested in forming a more connected community at the college? We're experimenting with some summertime gatherings and would love to have you join us.<br></div><div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br>We will kick start these with a Plattsburgh City B<span>each</span> <span>takeover</span> on Thursday, July 15. Come hang out at the <span>beach</span> bar or cafe or bring your own refreshments. Go swimming or floating. Or just soak up the sun with colleagues. Families are welcome!<br><br>What: A faculty and staff gathering<br>When: 4:30 p.m. Thursday, July 15<br>Where: Plattsburgh City B<span>each (</span><span style="font-family:Roboto,arial,sans-serif;font-size:14px">4 Beach Rd, Plattsburgh, NY 12901)</span><br><br>We suggest wearing something that is Cardinal red <span style="color:rgb(77,81,86);font-family:Roboto,arial,sans-serif;font-size:14px">—</span> a T-shirt over your swimsuit, a scarf, or a hat <span style="color:rgb(77,81,86);font-family:Roboto,arial,sans-serif;font-size:14px">—</span> to mark you as a member of the college community.  <br><br>Also, we will try to put some towels in a circle. Feel free to join the circle, adding your own towels or blankets.<br><br>Note: The <span>beach</span> is free to city residents. If you have never been there and live in the city, bring your driver's license or something that proves your address. At the entrance, they will give you a free <span>beach</span> pass sticker. </div><div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">If you don't live in Plattsburgh, you can walk into the beach for free or pay $11 to park your U.S. vehicle (or $13 for a non-U.S. one). Carpooling with someone with a city residency is a good option, too.<br></div><div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">Please contact Michelle Ouellette (<a href="mailto:ouel8653@plattsburgh.edu" target="_blank">ouel8653@plattsburgh.edu</a>) or Liou Xie (<a href="mailto:lxie001@plattsburgh.edu" target="_blank">lxie001@plattsburgh.edu</a>) if you have any questions.</div><div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div></div></div></div></div></div>
