that will happen on Monday, April 8^th.  Hopefully, everyone has discussed their plans
with their supervisor so those that want to experience this once-in-a-lifetime event,
can do so safely.  </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:107%;font-family:"Calisto MT",serif">As a reminder, release time has been granted from 2pm – 4pm
to view the eclipse from Hawkins Pond, or elsewhere on campus.  Employees also have the option to work remotely
that day or charge appropriate leave accruals, where operationally feasible.  All requests require supervisory approval, but
we are asking for the maximum flexibility possible so our employees can take
advantage of this extraordinary celestial event.</span></p>
