Butterfly, a SUNY Plattsburgh alumna, has served at the college for eight years. Her last day is today.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Butterfly has taught courses within Communication Studies, served on the Diversity Incident Response Education & Communication Team (DIRECT), and has been an ally and a trusted colleague. As she transitions to her new role, please join us in congratulating Butterfly.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Dr. Michelle Cromwell will serve as interim Title IX coordinator as of 8/28/2021 until we hire a new Title IX Coordinator. Zyaijah Nadler will continue in her role as Violence Prevention Education & Outreach Coordinator. We are grateful for the work that Zyaijah has done and will continue to do around sexual violence, interpersonal violence, stalking, discrimination and LGBTQ+ inclusion initiatives.
